My wife borrowed an ab lounge from a friend. I tried it, but

Losing weight 6/29/2005
Recently, I lost 15 pounds in about six weeks by first cutting
out regular soda and watching how much fructose I took in
which is also in soda. It is very surprising how easily I

I have been using LS7 since July 6, 2004. I have combined
this with a nutritional change in my diet and excercise
to go along with it. I was a 41 inch waist when I started. I
weighed 252lbs. So far I have reduced my waist to a 37 inch
waist and have lost 29 lbs so far. My goal is 65 lbs by Thanksgiving.
I would not be confident to just use LS7 alone and expect
results, and I feel the same ...

Try new eating habits 8/23/2004
A lot of people go on diets that make them starve themselves.
The problem with this is most people get fed up in a few weeks
because lets face it going cold turkey(givin up the food
you like) is hard. Instead try eating smaller portions,
Eat about 5 or 6 times a day, make better food choices, do
not eat late if you can help it and cut back on the carbs. You

So you have been working-out for a while and you still can't
see your abs? Well working-out is just half of what you need
to be doing. Along with your work-out you must get the fat
off of your abs. You have to change your diet(decrease carbs
and fat intake) and increase your metabolism.

So you are working out 3 times a week and you are not seeing
the the results you think you should. Well check this out
if you want to lose weight then you should be working-out
4 to 5 times a week. 3 times a week is to maintain your current
position. So that's why you have not seen the results
you thought you should.

Need to gain lots of weight 8/22/2004
I love working out. Last year, I gained 40lbs. of muscles
but I need about 20-30lbs. more. I work out like crazy. My
motto is Heavy and Shockmode. Put my body through major
craziness. I would do about 1000 situps, 200 crunches with
100lbs, leg spreaders, and so on. Gain no weight doing stuff
like that 5 days a week. I have used weight gainers and all.
